Do you deliver to my town?
Yes. We deliver to all 16 regions of Ghana, including Accra, Kumasi, Tema, Takoradi, Cape Coast, Tamale, Sunyani, Ho, Koforidua, Obuasi. Orders ship from Kumasi.
How much is delivery?
It depends on the product and your region. You see the exact delivery fee at checkout before you pay. Some products have free delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1 to 5 working days depending on where you are. We call or WhatsApp you before the rider comes, and your order page shows every step.
How do I pay?
Pay securely by Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money) or a Visa or Mastercard card, on Paystack's secure page.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. RacksBuy sells its own stock, and every item is checked before it ships. Products with a warranty show it on the product page.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery if it's damaged, wrong, faulty or not as described. Start from your order page. Refunds go to your Mobile Money within 3 working days of us receiving the item.
How do I track my order?
Sign in and open My orders. You also get updates as notifications and by SMS when your order is confirmed, sent out and delivered.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
RacksBuy is an online store, which keeps prices low. Order on the website or on WhatsApp, and we deliver to you.
